in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) nursing to provide
exceptional care to newborns in a fast-paced critical care

infants and their families. Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive
nursing care to neonates, including assessment, treatment, and
monitoring of critically ill newborns. Collaborate closely with

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with
healthcare standards and protocols. Educate and support families
during their infant's hospitalization, providing compassionate and
clear communication. Respond promptly and effectively to emergency
situations in the NICU. Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse
(RN) license in good standing. Proven experience in Neonatal
Intensive Care nursing. Strong clinical assessment and critical
thinking skills specific to neonatal care. Ability to work
effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting. Excellent
