Director of Employee Experience, the Senior Manager, Employee
Experience will manage rising operational complexity across
multiple hub cities while taking on the critical analytics load
required to support our PBPs and the business to drive deeper
insights and broader impact. We are looking for a candidate who
possesses very strong project management skills, is a compelling
communicator, and a rigorous analytical thinker, but who still
maintains the "human touch" that our employees expect. If you

people-centric culture, this is your role. This position is based
in NYC and operates under a hybrid model with three days per week
in our HQ at 60 Madison Ave office reqiured. What you'll do:
Project Leadership: Lead the planning, communication, and rollout
of complex, high-impact cultural initiatives across the company.
Thriving Strategy: Lead the continued evolution of Spring Health's
culture through the execution of our engagement survey (Thriving
Index) and design programs that address our greatest opportunities
to Thrive . People Analytics: Be a strong partner to manage the
analytical load for EX and PBPs to provide deeper organizational
insights, replacing manual processes with scalable, AI-driven
solutions. Hub Operations: Manage the operational complexity of
creating a consistent employee experience across multiple hub
cities. Ensure that behaviors and programs are designed to optimize
thoughtful use of our workspaces. Resilience: Naturally persistent
and resilient - can lean into ambiguity and juggle multiple complex
priorities without getting stuck in the weeds. What success looks
like: Thriving Index score is maintained or elevated to a 75
average score Consistent Thriving (75) experience across multiple
hub cities. Successful, on-time launch and build out of new hub
offices 100% of PBPs are supported with analytical insights to
support business stakeholders What you'll bring: 5 years of
experience leading initiatives across employee engagement or
organizational development. Proven track record of end-to-end
experience building, launching, and managing large-scale employee
engagement and experience initiatives in a high-growth, fast-paced
organization. Track record of building and evolving high-impact
people programs tied to measurable business outcomes. Familiarity
with AI enablement tools. Exceptional executive communication
skills; written, verbal, and visual Exceptional organizational
skills. The target base salary range for this position is $147,140
- $183,930 and is part of a competitive total rewards package
including equity and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the
target range and is determined by a number of factors including
experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant
business considerations. We review all employee pay and
compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation
Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay. Benefits
