include: Draft pleadings. Draft letters. Prepare various documents
to be filed with the Note of Issue documents. Draft statements of
net worth and statements of proposed disposition. Prepare files for
trial. Prepare submission documents. Special projects and assist in
preparing motions, responses, PC documents. Manage and track all
aspects of discovery for all cases to include: preparing D&I
notices and responses, Interrogatories, review and catalog
discovery documents received. Draft subpoenas and track responses .
Assist in the preparation of trial binders and assemble trial
evidence. Prepare real estate transfer documents, etc. Salary range
$70,000 - $85,000 annually base on experience, health benefits
available, 401k and profit sharing plan
